Using Instructions:

Start
Press the switch, hold for 3 seconds, and the red-blue light will begin to flash at low speed.
Flash Speed
One press each time respectively leading to low, medium, and fast speed.
Switch
One more press to turn off the fast-speed red-blue light, and start the illuminating light.
Switch-off
Press the switch and hold for 3 seconds to turn off all the lights, whatever operating condition it is.
Caution
After charge, press the switch to start the lights, and connect the charger, if the protective circuit doesn't work.
